+ What are your current hours of operation?

  • Open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM

+ Do I have to make an appointment to enter the facility for general admission?

  • No, you do not have to make an appointment for general admission to use our general amenities (ie. saunas, bathhouse, etc)

+ What current procedures is Island Spa & Sauna taking to ensure my health & safety?

The following procedures have been implemented for our staff members to facilitate your health & safety

Official Screening Station: Located at the lobby entrance

  • Require guests to bring a government-issued ID & one of the following forms of documentation to enter the facility (required per guest for contact tracing)

    • Documented proof of receiving the full COVID-19 vaccination
    • A negative COVID-19 test completed no later than 5-days prior to your scheduled arrival

  • Temperature checks for all guests & employees who enter

  • A COVID symptoms questionnaire & waiver

  • Social distancing measures for all station lines (at check-in & inside the facility)

Face Mask Policies:

  • All guests & employees are required to wear face masks to enter the facility
  • Guests may remove their face masks inside our bathhouse, saunas, & resturant areas only

Sanitation Stations: 11 throughout the facility

  • Stations including recycled paper towels, sanitizing solution spray (for communal use), hand sanitizers, trash bins.

Protective Sneeze Guards: Located at all stations

  • Guards have been placed at our front desk, women's bath house, men's bath house, spa department, Cafe Island, & juice bar stations.

Official Air Flow & Purifiers:

  • Mounted to our ceilings throughout the facility

Mandatory Employee PPE Equipment:

  • Reusable masks per staff member
  • Face shields for servicd technicans
  • Spit guards for kitchen staff
  • Gloves

+ Are admission discounts currently available?

  • All admission discounts are available Monday - Thursday (Student/Military/First Responder, Night Owl, & Groupons)

  • Individual admission passes from our 10x Admission Passes Bundle (10 admission passes for $290) will still be available for redemption Monday-Sunday & federal holidays

+ Is there a maximum capacity for the number of guests authorized to enter the facility?

  • No, our facility is officially operating at maximum capacity (active as of 7/1/2021)

+ Is there a maximum capacity for the number of guests authorized to use the saunas & bathhouse tub(s) amenities?

  • There is currently no official capacity limits for the saunas & bathhouse tubs (active as of 7/1/2021)

+ What amenities are currently available and/or unavailable?

Available:

  • Saunas (dry, cooling, & mist)
  • Bathhouse (hot baths, cooling baths, & showers)
  • Cafe Island (operating indoor dining only)

Unavailable:

  • Complimentary yoga classes

+ What services are currently available and/or unavailable?

  • All spa services are currently available except for the prenatal massage

+ What are your current face mask policies?

  • Guests will now be optional to wear mask in all areas of the facility.
  • Our employees will continue to wear masks at all times to ensure everyone’s safety.

NOTE: Service technicans/therapists have been instructed to wear a mask for all services
