- You don't need to bring towels or a uniform — we provide those during your stay
- You may bring your own toiletries (excluding oils, milk, mud, and hair dyes) and your own socks. No outside footwear is allowed.
- Must be 18 or older to enter without a parent or guardian
- Admission is on a walk-in basis and can be paid at the front desk on the day of your stay — no reservation or online purchase required
- No outside food or drinks permitted

- All guests must pay for general admission in order to enter
- All guests are required to show a government- or state-issued photo ID at check-in
- Reservations are not required for general admission
- Admission does not include any spa services or other purchases inside (e.g. food & beverages, retail items)
- Guests who book or purchase a service appointment are still required to purchase a general admission pass
- No re-entry — you will not be able to re-enter once you exit the premises
- Children ages 4 to 16 are admitted only when accompanied by a same-sex guardian
- Children under the age of 10 will not be admitted during regular business days. On official Family Days, Island Spa allows children of all ages to enter (View Schedule)
- Groupon & occupational discounts are not accepted on Federal Holidays (View Federal Holidays)

Yes — guests may share their bundle of admission passes with two or more individuals of their choosing.
Of course! Admission passes purchased from this bundle are redeemable 7 days a week and on all federal holidays and family days.
Yes — all admission passes within this bundle expire 2 years after your initial purchase.
No — the bundle of admission passes does not include any spa services or other purchases inside (e.g. food & beverages, retail items). If you're interested in service bundles, visit our Service Pass Bundles (available for massages, body scrubs, and facials).

- Any previously purchased admission vouchers can only be used toward the indicated admission type. These vouchers cannot be substituted, traded, or redeemed for cash, check, or credit, unless required by law. The expiration date will be indicated on the voucher itself and the voucher will not be redeemable after that date.

Island Spa gift cards do not expire for at least five (5) years from the date of purchase, in accordance with federal and New Jersey law. No service fees.
Yes — at checkout, add the recipient's email and a personal note. They'll receive it instantly or on a date you schedule.
- Treat gift cards like cash — we're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards, or unauthorized use
- Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be resold
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, admission ticket packages, service ticket packages, or certain promotional offers
- Per New Jersey law, remaining balances of $5.00 or less may be redeemed for cash upon request
